This product is the sodium salt of starch carboxymethyl produced by the action of starch and chloroacetic acid under alkaline conditions. White or almost white powder; Odourless; It is hygroscopic. Disperse into a viscous colloidal solution in water, insoluble in ethanol .

Product features
Strong water absorption, fast expansion in cold water, large expansion. The disintegrating effect of hydrophobic excipients is small, which can increase the hardness of tablets without affecting their disintegrating ability.
